1. Financial Report
- Current account balance: $12,200
- Current membership: 41 members
- Anticipated membership increase: ~10 additional members within the next few weeks
- Membership count at the end of 2025: 65 members
2. Team Play Update
- Team Play cost: $400 per player
- The club unexpectedly increased the cart fee for visiting players.
- After discussion, the Men’s Club agreed to cover the additional cart fee cost.
- The April 11th tournament will be removed from the schedule to:
- Support club relations
- Help stabilize Men’s Club finances
- Action Item:
- Team Play updates, results, and communications will be sent to ALL members.
- Goal is to increase awareness, interest, and overall participation in Team Play and the Men’s Club.
3. February 21st – 2-Man Shamble
- Focus on promoting the event and making it engaging and fun.
- Finalize giveaways, including:
- Golf balls
- Entry into next tournament
- Bottle of wine
- Additional prizes as applicable
- Food and beverage plan:
- Same format as last year’s Men’s Club tournaments
- Food to be ordered at check-in
4. Member/Member Tournament
- Finalize entry cost
- Determine Calcutta logistics:
- Identify who will run the Calcutta
- The tournament will be open to ALL members
- Discuss potential support from Roger / the Club
- Member/Member Board (tentative):

5. Golf Genius Platform
- The goal is to run tournaments through Golf Genius where possible.
- Rusty Jenkins will continue testing the platform.
- Expected uses include:
- Tournament payouts
- Points tracking
- Player of the Year (POY) updates
- Email communications with embedded hyperlinks for members
